Open jobs are the source of truth
Each active listing provides its own employment type, location or remote status, applicant region, responsibilities, requirements, and closing date. If no active listing matches, explore the separately labelled partner programs without treating them as employment.
Partner programs and the creator team
Alongside employment postings, GymTonic runs three ongoing programs. None of them is a salaried position; each card says what it is.
- Independent Coach Partner - Independent partnership, Remote, Canada-wide. Run your coaching business on GymTonic. You keep your clients and set your own programs; GymTonic handles payments, accountability tooling and client discovery. Revenue share follows the published payout tiers. This is an independent business partnership, not an employment position. No salary, benefits or hours are provided by GymTonic.
- GymTonic Ambassador - Referral program, Remote, Canada-wide. Represent GymTonic at your gym or campus and earn tiered referral commissions on the members and coaches you bring in. Tiers and rules are published on the ambassador program page. This is a commission-based referral program, not an employment position.
- Paid Content Creator Team - Paid creator work, Remote, Canada-wide. Create assigned short-form content briefs for GymTonic with coaching and a signed creator agreement. Pay is agreed per creator before work starts; staff creator openings, when open, are listed above with their own posting. Paid creator work under a signed creator agreement, not the ambassador referral program and not a salaried employment position. Ambassador interest is reviewed separately.
