Lindsay Lohan’s 5 Wellness Habits That Keep Her Feeling Good From the Inside Out

But she’s definitely not skipping indulgence. “The occasional burger is good, but I try to do it without the bun, so that I’m not exhausted afterwards. Sometimes I have no bun, but always fries.”
And Lohan and I have the same weakness: a sweet treat. “That's my hardest thing. There’s this place in Dubai I love.
It’s a frozen yogurt place.”
Lohan also whips up her own homemade delights, focusing on heart-healthy treats that are rich in antioxidants “I actually really love dark chocolate and I like to make my own little bark at home. I’ve gotten really into that… it becomes addictive in that way, which is a good thing. It’s the better stuff.”

4. She builds routines that support her energy (and her life).
For Lohan, the birth of her child, in 2023 shifted everything. “When you’re a mom, you want to just have the most energy you can for your little one and be present as much as you can be,” she says.
That means dialing in routines that actually work with her life—not against it. “Having that energy means finding ways that also balance your day out for your time and your child. And trying to balance all of that in a way that makes you happy.”
She credits timing (and teamwork) for juggling her many hats as a mom, wife, actress, and businesswoman. “As long as me and my husband are aligned in everything that’s going on, then everything pretty much falls into place.”
5. She keeps an open mind about movement.
Lohan isn’t locked into just one way of moving—she’s open to experimenting (even if it doesn’t always stick). “I tried jiu-jitsu once and I was like, ‘This is not for me,’” she says. “Although now, I kind of want to try it again.”
Her advice is to start simple and build from there. “Keep an open mind and create it. Make it part of your ritual.
The endorphins that you get from an exercise or just a good walk—start slow.”
She’s even eyeing new goals, like playing more tennis with her husband, investor Bader Shammas, and incorporating more weight training as she gets older.
Lohan’s approach to wellness is all about consistency, curiosity, and doing what actually makes you feel good. And honestly? We think that’s a routine worth stealing.
