Browse coach profiles with their specialties, credentials and city, then book a plan when you want structure. Coaching subscriptions start at $49.99/mo CAD; the app itself is free.
Earn rewards for showing up
Verified workouts and check-ins earn points at a fixed, published rate: 1,000 points equal 1 dollar CAD. Points can be redeemed in the shop from 5,000 points, and eligible balances can be cashed out by bank transfer or Interac from 10,000 points where supported. Daily and weekly caps and eligibility rules apply; rewards confirm consistency, they are not an income promise.
